(1) If the conformity testing organization wants to be accredited by a foreign organization that works on accreditation, it must submit an application to the Center for approval in the prescribed format along with the prescribed fee.
(2) If the application as per sub-section (1) is received, the center may grant the accreditation related approval.
(3) According to sub-section (1), the center will monitor the activities related to accreditation by foreign institutions after taking approval from the center.
(4) According to this section, other procedures related to granting approval shall be as prescribed.
